• You have finally settled to goto a place. You are all egar and all set to go but wait. How would you plan it any idea any clue. Well you can follow our guidlines to make your trip your travel and hassle free one.

• Book your tickets well in advance. If you do not know your travel date or time, book multiple tickets. Booking tickets earlier makes the cost of tickets less and also booking earlier cost nothing in fact its an advantage. Make sure you notify your travel dates to thetravel desk way in advance

• If you need to carry a lot of luggage please inform travel desk in advance. Some airlines allow more check-in weight than others, so while booking the ticket the travel desk will take care of this. The cheapest airline will not be cheapest if you have to pay more for extra weight. Make sure you find the cost of extra baggage so you can figure a proper airline or you can also fedex some of the stuff if you can. Always its better to confirm with airlines the accuracy of the data before you book your air tickets.

• If you really have to carry excess items you can opt for fedex if you check the difference of cost is huge.

• Also if you pay for extra baggage online in advance you can get good discounts as most airlines do provide you with some kind of discounts.

• Also another tip is laptop bags do not count as excess weight. So if a airline allows only one handbag, you can carry one roller type handbag along with your laptop.

• In case you are a big group and dunno who all are going to come, get the travel desk to get a booking for everyone. Getting the booking does not cost anything.

• Apply for VISA as soon as possible. There are huge amount of factors that can delay your VISA processing. It best you start as soon as plan to go.

• Make sure you have the ECNR stamp in your Passport. Its as important as the Visa and you cannot travel to most countries without it.

• Get your Hotel Bookings done as soon as you plan for your travel. Advance bookings won’t cost anything and you can cancel it in advance. If a hotel is going to charge  cancellation fees you can wait till you get your VISA
